Termination

Before filing any claim against TaxHub.online, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@taxhub.online. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we're unable to resolve the dispute, either party may bring a formal proceeding.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
Notice of Changes
If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
